Spring 2026 is Wednesday, June 3 – Sunday, June 7
Four nights, one night longer than 2025!
Spring is a Do It Together event. This means everyone who attends Spring also helps to make it happen. Find out more about what DIT means at Spring on the what goes on page. To get involved with creating Spring 2026, indicate on the registration form the parts of the conference with which you'd like to help. (There’s a huge list of options.)

Price range: $200-$725, sliding scale with payment plan option
Suggested payment: $570 – $142/night, for 4 nights (the suggested payment reflects the break even point with 28 attendees paying full price).
Minimum payment: $200 (there is no maximum)
Payment can be made all at once or with a payment plan spread over up to 8 monthly payments.
Though our budget is as pared down as it can be, Spring is short on funds (details here). If you are in a position to pay more than the suggested amount, or it would be possible for you to pay more with a payment plan instead of paying all at once (or both!), please consider sliding the scale up to help cover costs for folks who aren’t able to. That said, if you are not in a position to pay the suggested payment, don’t be shy about sliding the scale down—it’s there for you.
Your registration isn’t complete until Spring has received your one-time payment or the first installment of your payment plan.
A note about costs: $570 is the amount needed per attendee to break even with 28 attendees for the longer 4 night Spring (for the past three years, Spring has had 24-26 attendees). Spring’s budget is as paired down as it possibly can be (92% of the registration costs go to camp rental, which increased slightly this year, food, and paying cooks). But for the past three years, Spring hasn't had quite enough people who were able to pay the full price to cover all of our costs. This was a known bug. It was an experiment to see if we could make Spring happen again, and we figure, as long as there is money in the bank, it’s better to have Spring even if we use every last dollar.
Which leads us to now. After Spring 2025, there was not quite enough in the bank to pay the deposit for the camp for Spring 2026 (Spring got a small loan from a planner to cover the difference). We need to raise all the rest of the cost of running Spring from registrations. If you are in a position to slide the scale up, or it would be possible for you to pay more with a payment plan instead of paying all at once, (or both!) please do.
Another way to help cover costs is to invite more people. If you have a friend who you think would be a great fit for Spring, invite them to join us!
We don’t mean to make this sound like an ultimatum; it’s just a fact, but if we can’t bring in enough money to cover costs for Spring 2026 we may not be able to have Spring again without doing a lot of fundraising.
