If you are using Google maps or similar, for your directions make sure you use the directions in the paragraph immediately below for turning off route 101 in Marlborough, NH. Google maps will tend to send you down an unmaintained dirt road instead of this more useable route.

Turn off 101 onto Roxbury Rd. (Left about 1/2 mile beyond the blinking light and the Shell station if coming from the west, right after Lee & Mt. Fuji Restaurant if coming from the east. Look for the sign on a granite post for Glen Brook). Proceed over the river and up the hill 0.4 mile, to a fork and bear left onto Horse Hill Rd. Follow this another 0.4 miles. Take first left onto Glen Brook Rd. Go up the hill. The driveway to Camp Glen Brook is on the right. Look for the big white house.

Car: From the South (NYC): get to Hartford by your favorite route. Take I-91 N from Hartford through MA to Brattleboro, VT Exit 3; exit right on Rt. 9 East towards Keene, NH. Go straight through Keene, and continue straight as the road turns into NH Rt. 101. Continue on 101 to next town, Marlborough. About 1/2 mile beyond the blinking light and the Shell station, turn left on Roxbury Rd. (sign on a granite post for Glen Brook). **Proceed over the river and up the hill 0.4 mile to a fork and bear left onto Horse Hill Rd. Follow this another 0.4 mile. Take first left onto Glen Brook Rd. Go up the hill, the driveway to Camp Glen Brook is on the right. Look for the big white house.

From the East (Boston): NH Rt. 101 west through Manchester, Wilton, Peterborough, and Dublin to Marlborough. At bottom of the long descent into Marlborough just as you encounter the edge of the village look for Frazier’s Garage and Lee & Mt. Fuji Restaurant and take first right, Roxbury Rd. (If you get to the Shell station on 101 you went too far.) Follow Glen Brook signs, two lefts to camp (see above**).

From the West: Mass Pike to I-91 north of Springfield and follow directions from the South, or, take VT Rt 9 from the VT border (Bennington) all the way across to Brattleboro, jog north on I-91 one exit to Exit 3, continue east on 9 into NH, and follow directions
from the South.

Carpool: If you are interested in carpooling email staff.

Bus: There are buses from NYC (about $50 1 way) and Boston (about $30 1 way) to Keene, NH (10 min. from Glen Brook). You can buy tickets through Greyhound.

Train: Amtrak train service is available from New York City to Brattleboro, VT (one-way fare about $50). Tickets may be purchased or routes explored at Amtrak.

Plane: If you’re flying in from another part of the country the Manchester, NH airport is the closest and easiest for us to get to to pick you up. It is also often cheaper to fly into Manchester than Boston (Logan), which is the next closest but much more of a pain to get to.
